Research Abstract |
HGF特異的に発現誘導される遺伝子としてnpn3を同定した。さらに、human npn3の発現ベクターを構築し、培養細胞へ遺伝子導入することでアポトーシス誘導に対して抵抗性を獲得することを確認した。
