Research Abstract

Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2とBMP-4は、管腔形成を伴わない未分化型胃癌症例の大部分(90%)で発現しており、未分化型胃癌の進展・浸潤に重要であると考えられた。また、BMP-2とBMP-4は胃型形質を有する分化型胃癌で高発現しており、胃型形質発現との関連性が示唆された。
