Research Abstract |
食道粘膜防御機構を解析する上で,種々の実験的操作を行うには不可欠である食道粘膜上皮様重層扁平上皮初代培養細胞系を世界で初めて確立した.また粘膜透過性上昇には,酸以外に胆汁酸が重要な役割をしていることを見出した. 一方ヒト食道生検組織では,非びらん性食道炎患者の食道粘膜上皮基底層の細胞間間隙の開大が認められ,この開大とタイト結合蛋白の発現との相関を明らかとすべく継続して解析を進めている.
