Research Abstract |
三次元培養した肝細胞に対するB型肝炎ウイルスの感染および複製の可否について検討した。その結果、簡易的な三次元培養系である温度感受性ゲルではB型肝炎ウイルスは感染できない可能性、人工肝臓で培養した三次元培養肝細胞にはB型肝炎ウイルスの感染が成立する可能性が示唆された。今後はこの結果についての再現性について確認するとともに、薬剤耐性ウイルス出現の評価へ応用可能であるか等を検討する必要があると考える。
