Research Abstract

Sd^a合成酵素活性を導入することで作製したSd^a発現細胞を用い、既知の動物レクチンとの結合活性をスクリーニングしたが、Sd^a認識レクチンは見出されなかった。ヒト組織ないし初代培養細胞を用いて更に検索した結果、Sd^a認識レクチンを発現する正常臓器および細胞を同定した。
