Research Abstract

拡張型心筋症の終末像は薬物治療抵抗性の心不全である。心機能低下に関与しうる抗心筋自己抗体を除去するという免疫吸着療法を、薬物抵抗性心不全患者に実施し、その有効性・安全性について検討した。7例に本治療を行い、高度の低血圧・低心拍出・肺うっ血患者においても有害事象なく治療することができた。本治療により抗β1受容体抗体価や、抗心筋自己抗体を多く含むIgG3分画の有意な減少効果が示され、3例に心不全症状の改善効果が認められた。諸検査指標の解析において左室駆出率、心拍出量、酸化ストレスレベルの早期改善効果が認められた。
