Research Abstract

慢性心不全に対し、病態と予後との関連解析を行い、新しい病態生理の発見や予後指標の開発を目的として平成20年度の研究を進めた。
2007年、11月に行われたAHA Scientific Sessions 2007において、ドブタミン誘発性機械的交互脈は予後不良因子であることを初めて報告した。
また慢性心不全の一病態である肥大型心筋症では、ミトコンドリア機能は障害されており、その障害が左室収縮および弛緩予備能の低下に関与していることを報告した。
