Research Abstract |
低分子量G蛋白質Radは心筋L型カルシウムチャネル発現調節に加えて、細胞内プロテインキナーゼAを調節することにより間接的に筋小胞体のリアノジン受容体の活性を修飾していることが明らかとなった。これらの結果より、糖尿病性心筋症におけるRad発現増加は、同疾患における心機能低下の原因の一つである可能性がある。
