Research Abstract |
これまで申請者は、胚性幹(ES)細胞による難治性循環器疾患の再生医療技術開発を目指したマウスES細胞における心筋分化誘導法(Kawai-T, Takahashi-T, et al. '04Circ J.)、ならびにES細胞由来心筋分化細胞の同定・単離技術の開発(Adenoviral conditionaltargeting法)を行ってきた(Takahashi-T, et al. '06 Mol. Ther.)。本研究課題では、マウスES細胞研究において培ってきた分化誘導法や目的細胞の同定・単離技術をヒトES細胞において応用する事によって、主にアデノウイルスベクターを利用したヒトES細胞による再生医療技術開発を行なった。
