Research Abstract

本研究室で開発したEGFR遺伝子変異高感度迅速検出法であるPNA-LNA PCR clamp法を用い、約2000例の解析結果より、およそ30%の患者にgefitinib感受性EGFR遺伝子変異の存在を有することを明らかにした。このEGFR遺伝子変異に関与する患者因子について、ロジスティック回帰分析により、喫煙歴及び癌組織型がEGFR遺伝子変異の存在に強く関連することを明らかにした。
