| Research Abstract |
肺気腫や肺線維症は、進行すると呼吸不全に陥る疾患であり現在根本的な治療法がない。肺気腫や肺線維症により臓器不全に陥った肺を修復するり治療法として肺の再生治療の可能性が期待されている。本研究では、肺気腫モデルマウスと肺線維症モデルマウスに肺再生因子であるHGFの胸腔内投与を行い、その再生効果について検討した。その結果、肺気腫の改善効果は認められなかったが、肺の線維化の抑制は認められ、肺線維症の改善に有効である可能性が示唆された。
