Research Abstract

今回の研究は肺癌患者血清よりEGFR由来抗ペプチド抗体の検出を行い、抗体測定することにより、遺伝子検索なしに、より迅速に、より簡便に遺伝子変異を検出することを目標としたが、その結果、2種類のペプチドを同定し、その抗体価とEGFR遺伝子変異との関係を解析し、ペプチド抗体と変異の可能性を見いだした。最終登録が平成21年3月であり、今後、治療効果予測の可能性を検討予定である。
