Research Abstract

食塩感受性高血圧において「脳内酸化ストレスを介した中枢性交感神経活動亢進が昇圧機序に重要である」可能性を、Dahl食塩感受性高血圧ラットと食塩非感受性ラットを用い、脳室内に抗酸化剤を投与した際の腎交感神経活動の反応と、脳視床下部における酸化ストレスを比較検討することで示した。肥満高血圧においても同様の機序が関与している可能性を、Sprague-Dawleyラットに高脂肪食を負荷した肥満高血圧モデル動物において示した。
