Research Abstract

CTGFコンディショナルノックアウトマウスの作製を行った。Targetingコンストラクト、組み換えES細胞、キメラマウスを作製しhomozygous floxed CTGFマウスを確認した。Heterozygous floxed CTGFマウスと全身性の誘導性Creマウスとの交配により得られた変異マウスは、tamoxifenにより組み換えが起こることを確認した。さらにtamoxifenによる誘導型糸球体上皮細胞特異的CreERT2マウスを作製し、薬剤誘導性に上皮細胞特異的に組み換えが認められた。
