Research Abstract |
神経原性疼痛には再生に伴う軸索のNaチャネルの過剰発現による興奮性増大が関係するとされる。軸索イオンチャネル機能を非侵襲的かつリアルタイムに評価できる唯一の手法であるコンピューター制御軸索機能検査法を神経原性慢性疼痛患者の末梢感覚神経に応用し、疼痛の病態機序の一つとして、軸索Na電流の増大があることをヒトで初めて示した。
