Research Abstract

ヒトおよびラットより神経内膜内微小血管内皮細胞を単離し株化を行った.これらの細胞株は血液脳関門を構成する内皮細胞が発現している claudin-5 などの密着結合構成分子を発現しており,P-glycoprotein やGLUT-1 などの輸送担体も発現していた.血液神経関門を構成する内皮細胞は血液脳関門を構成する内皮細胞と同様にバリアに特化した性質を有する細胞であることが明らかになった.
