Research Abstract

リン酸化タウはアルドラーゼに結合し、酵素活性を阻害することを明らかにした。リン酸化タウは脱リン酸化タウに比べアルドラーゼにより結合し酵素活性も低下させた。
このことよりリン酸化タウ蓄積は解糖障害をきたし、神経細胞変性を惹起させる可能性があることが分かりリン酸化タウ蓄積による新たな神経細胞死機構を明らかにした。
