Research Abstract

メタボリックシンドロームはインスリン抵抗性を背景にしばしば高インスリン血症を呈する。そして高インスリン血症は骨格筋細胞や脂肪細胞といったインスリン感受性臓器における代謝のkey playerである、インスリン受容体基質(IRS)をユビキチン・プロテアソーム系を介して量的に調節することが知られている。本研究はその分子メカニズムを明らかにすることが目的である。その結果、IRSに会合していると思われる分子を2種類同定したが、その意義については今後の課題となった。
