Research Abstract

われわれはアディポネクチンの3量体、6量体、高分子量それぞれのフォームを別々に精製する技術を確立した。さらに、3量体アディポネクチンは血清中でアルブミンと結合している事を見出した。 またこれらの各フォームのAMPキナーゼの活性化の比較を行ったところ高分子量型がもっともAMPKの活性化を行う事を見出した。チアゾリジン誘導体で認められた脂肪細胞の肥満に伴う機能・活性の障害への回復能がアンギオテンシン受容体拮抗薬でも部分的ながら認められる事を見出した。更に動脈硬化巣へ対する治療・予防効果も期待される結果を見出しつつあると考えている。球状3量体アディポネクチンの切断部位を特定し、その切断活性の強さや制御機構の検討を進めている。
