Research Abstract

今回、私は様々な細胞株をスクリーニングして、ES細胞から膵前駆細胞を効率よく分化誘導できるM15細胞を見いだした。さらに、スクリーニングに使用した細胞株についてマイクロアレイ解析を行い、M15細胞のもつ分化促進能力の本体について解析を行った。解析の結果、膵臓分化に関して、アクチビン・FGF・レチノイン酸・接着因子の関与が示唆された。そこで、M15細胞と液性因子の添加を組み合わせることでES細胞から非常に効率よく膵前駆細胞を分化誘導できる方法が構築できた。
