Research Abstract

成人T細胞白血病(ATL)に対する新規分子標的薬剤開発のためのターゲット分子を探索する目的で、高密度SNPアレイを用いて、ATL検体を解析し、ATLで特徴的に認められるゲノムコピー数の変異およびアレルの不均衡について網羅的な解析を行った。計171例の検体についてアレイ解析を行い、アレイ解析の結果、ATLを特徴づけるゲノムプロファイルが確認され、さらに、増幅・欠失の標的となる遺伝子の候補が多数同定された。
