Research Abstract

成人T細胞白血病(ATL)に対する腫瘍特異的治療法の開発のため、SEREX法にて候補遺伝子のスクリーニングをおこない、その中でも有力であったserine-arginine protein kinase 1 (SRPK1)の解析を中心におこなった。siRNAによるノックダウンではATL細胞株のSRPK1は、効率よくmRNAや蛋白の発現は抑制され、これを用いてアポトーシスや細胞増殖、抗癌剤耐性との関連などを検討した。
