Research Abstract

ヒトテロメレース遺伝子を導入したストローマ(以下HTS)との共培養により末梢血CD133陽性細胞は臍帯血CD34陽性細胞と同等に血液細胞の増幅が可能であった.末梢血CD133陽性細胞をHTS接触下あるいは非接触下で共培養を行い血液細胞の増幅に差を認めなかった.液性因子であるSCF、angiopoietin、およびWnt抑制因子を添加しながらHTSと共培養をおこなった.その結果、上記因子の添加有無で血液細胞の増幅や細胞周期へのentryは同等であった.
