Research Abstract

マウス骨髄移植モデルでは、間葉系幹細胞によるGVHDの治療効果は確認できなかった。但し、マウス由来間葉系幹細胞はin vitroにおいてはヒトと同様の免疫抑制効果を示しており、何らかの生物学的特性に違いがある可能性が示された。間葉系幹細胞の免疫抑制効果と細胞外マトリックスとの相互関係には非常に興味深いデータが得られたが、エンドトキシンの混入がヒアルロン酸の免疫修飾効果の評価に影響していることが示唆された。
