Research Abstract

IL-12はマクロファージや樹状細胞などの抗原提示細胞から産生され、Th1分化を誘導する重要なサイトカインである。本研究ではIL-12産生シグナル伝達経路の1つとして、JNKアイソフォームによるIL-12産生制御とそのメカニズムについて検討を行った。その結果、ヒトマクロファージ細胞株、単球由来マクロファージおよび樹状細胞において、JNKアイソフォームよる異なったIL-12産生機構が存在するものの、すべての細胞種において同一の制御機構であったJNK1においてはPI3K p110beta らのシグナル伝達機構が存在することが明らかとなった。
