Research Abstract |
肺高血圧の病変形成に関与しうる幹細胞の動態を知る事は本症の病態理解に重要である。生体内の幹細胞の由来として、胎児期の神経堤細胞と骨髄細胞が注目される。そこで神経堤細胞を追跡できる遺伝子改変マウス及び骨髄細胞を追跡できる蛍光色素発現マウス骨髄の移植モデルを用いて、肺高血圧性肺血管病変へのそれらの細胞の存在分布を検討した。各細胞が肺高血圧に病変に認められ、病変を促進的、抑制的に働く可能性が示唆された。
