Research Abstract

ヒト胚性幹細胞からのCystatin Cを用いて神経幹細胞作製に応用出来るかを評価するべく実験を行なった。ヒト胚性幹細胞では効率良く分化誘導する事が出来ず、その問題点について検討を行なっているところである。新生児マウス精巣由来の多能性幹細胞(MGS細胞)を用いて神経幹細胞分化誘導の基盤研究を行なった。シスタチンCを用いる事によって無血清培養条件で多分化能、自己増幅能を有する細胞塊を効率良く形成する事ができた。
