Research Abstract

小児悪性腫瘍の細胞生物学的特徴や担癌患児自身における正常細胞がもつ抗腫瘍作用、および患児の予後との関連を検討し、これら多因子に加え従来から知られている予後因子を組み合わせて解析することにより、新たな予後因子を解析した。ALL初診時血清サイトカインMIG、IL-6、TNFの3分子の発現の程度で2群に分けた検討において、leukemia free survivalに有意差を認めたが、初発時骨髄におけるこれらの遺伝子発現とは相関はみられなかった。患者正常細胞(樹状細胞、T細胞、単球・マクロファージ、NK細胞、NKT細胞)によるサイトカイン発現が予後を規定している可能性が示唆された。
