Research Abstract

川崎病との関与が指摘されているVEGFに機能に抑制的に働くsolubleFlt-1の遺伝子導入を行い、有効な遺伝子導入ができなかったものの、抗VEGF抗体投与により冠動脈病変の改善を認めており、導入効率を上げることで、solubleFlt-1遺伝子治療が新しい川崎病治療法になる可能性がある。
