Research Abstract

平成19年度から20年度の研究により、悪性黒色腫ではケモカイン受容体CXCR4,CCR10は原発巣、転移巣ともに発現は軽度であり進展には関与していないことが分かった。一方、皮膚有棘細胞癌(SCC)ではCCR10-CCL27が腫瘍細胞で共発現しており、他の皮膚悪性腫瘍ではみられない興味深い結果を得た。SCC細胞株を用いても同様の結果であり、SCCではCCR10-CCL27が腫瘍の成長に関与している可能性が示唆された。悪性黒色腫の進展についてはマウスを用いて更に検討を行い、細胞接着因子beta7-integrinノックアウトマウス皮膚にB16メラノーマを接種するとコントロール群と比べ成長が促進し、接着因子beta7が皮膚でのメラノーマの成長に関与している可能性が示唆された。
