Research Abstract

特発性ループスエリテマトーデスのモデルマウスであるMRL/lprマウスの皮膚病変に多数のCD4,CD8リンパ球、肥満細胞が浸潤することを免疫組織染色にて確認した.RT-PCR法にて、2ヵ月齢から5ヵ月齢のMRL/lprマウスにヒスタミン2レセプター
(H2R)が発現していることを確認し、特に真皮に浸潤している肥満細胞にH2R の発現を認め、皮疹発症との関連性を免疫組織学的に証明した
