Research Abstract |
In vitroの実験により、R&D社の抗DCIR抗体とBD社の33D1抗体はそれぞれDCIR1とDCIR2に特異的だが、R&D社の抗DCAR抗体はDCAR2とDCIR1の双方を認識することが判明した.従って現時点で手元にある抗体でマウスDCARを特異的に認識し刺激を導入する方法を確立できず、DCIRとDCARによる皮膚を場とする樹状細胞機能制御機構を明らかにすることはできなかった.
