Research Abstract

認知症高齢者とその介護者を対象として、応用行動分析を用いた介護者指導を行った。介護の継続が困難になる行動障害に対して、先行条件、行動、結果事象の関連に注目して分析を行った。この方法を用いることで、行動の改善をみるとともに、在宅での介護の継続と介護者の負担の軽減が可能となった。一方で、一時的で変動しやすい行動には適用が困難であった。この手法の適応となる行動とその限界について論文や学会発表を通して報告した。
