Research Abstract

学童期の高機能広汎性発達障害児における多動、不注意症状について、注意欠如/多動性障害と比較したところ、不注意症状や多動衝動性症状の重症度、関連症状等が類似していたため、広汎性発達障害児に併存する多動、不注意症状を、注意欠如/多動性障害として併存診断することの妥当性が示唆された。
