Research Abstract

本研究では、機能的MRIを用い、多感覚情報(視聴覚情報)入力時における注意の配分と注意の切り替えによる脳部位間の結びつきの変化を、健常者ならびに統合失調症患者で求め、その違いを調べることで統合失調症の構えの障害の詳細を「注意の分配」「注意の切り替え」というレベルで明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果、統合失調症は課題内容に応じた注意機能に関する脳賦活を示さず、また賦活が健常者と比較し強い賦活を示した。つまり、統合失調症では、状況に合わせた注意のコントロール機能に障害があることが示唆された。
