Research Abstract

精神科通院患者73名、一般就労者は232名から基礎データ(職場内での心理的負荷、職場外での心理的負荷、GHQ-30[精神の健康度]、NEO-FFI[人格傾向]、MPS[完全主義傾向]、自尊感情評価尺度など)を収集することが出来た。休職の背景には、休職者の完全主義傾向、神経症的な性格が大きく影響していること、女性就労者では上司との関係が影響していることが明らかとなった。
