Research Abstract

一卵性双生児双極性障害不一致例由来の培養リンパ芽球のミトコンドリア分画からタンパク質の回収を行い、蛍光標識2次元ディファレンシャルゲル電気泳動を用いて、一卵性双生児双極性障害不一致例におけるリンパ芽球のミトコンドリア関連タンパク質の比較解析を行った。その結果、両者で差異を示す可能性があるタンパク質が認められ、一卵性双生児双極性障害不一致例間で発現の変化するタンパク質群が存在することが分かった。
