Research Abstract	今回我々はPETイメージングによりがん組織の性状を評価することを目的とし、トレーサーの合成から担癌マウスおよびラットを用いた動物実験を施行し、腫瘍イメージを得た。さらに血管新生に関与するとされる一酸化窒素(NO)投与に伴う腫瘍低酸素状態の変化を、PETトレーサーを用いて検討した。その結果、マウス・ラット共にコントロール群とNO投与群で有意な差は得られず、NOの抗腫瘍効果は低酸素状態の改善以外の機序が関与している可能性が示唆された。
