Research Abstract

低酸素病態で悪性化に深く関与するMMP-2について、生体画像化を目的とした^1^8F-標識MMP-2イメージングプローブ(SAV49)の設計・合成とその生物学的評価を行った。^1^8F-SAV49は高収率、高純度で標識合成でき、生体内で脱フッ素代謝を受けず安定であることが確認された。また、SAV49はマウスで血球画分に滞留する性質が明らかになり、生物評価実験ではウサギなどのモデル動物を用いる必要性が示唆された。
