Research Abstract

当院において現有する臨床機器であるSiemens社の3Tの撮像装置においては、現時点においては撮像のためのシーケンスの開発が十分ではなく、非造影の血管撮像が技術的に困難と判断した。そのため、東芝の那須工場における3Tでの試作器において、健常者の躯幹部、四肢末梢の血管を対象として非造影MR angiographyを試みた結果、3T撮像装置においては、1.5T装置と異なり、背景の信号の抑制が十分に得られない、また磁場の上昇による撮像の制限により、1.5Tと同様のflip angleを設定することが出来ないため血流の十分な信号が得られないという問題があることが判明し、至適撮像撮像条件を検討するという段階にたどり着くことができなかった。次いで、1.5T撮像装置において今後3T撮像装置における非造影MRAの応用が見込まれる骨盤部および頚部において至適撮像法の検討を行った。骨盤部1.5T撮像装置における至適撮像法の検討では、T1=1500msecのスピンエコー法またはT1=1500-1800msecのSSFP法が良好に骨盤内の静脈を描出、また頚部においてはTI=1200-1500msecのSSFP法が良好に末梢までの血管を描出しうるとの結果を得て、国際学会において発表した。また平成20年度末にSiemens社の3T撮像装置で非造影MRAを行うシーケンスが環境が整備され、検討を継続中である。
