Research Abstract

Balb/c nude mice臀部皮下に移植したHepG2細胞に放射線照射実験にて30Gy照射単独群よりも30Gy照射+L-アルギニン添加飼料群にて腫瘍増殖能が有意を認めないものの抑制されたことよりL-アルギニンの経口投与は放射線増感剤となる可能性が示唆された
