Research Abstract

RI(radioisotope)法による頭頚部皮膚悪性腫瘍のセンチネルリンパ節(SLN)生検において、従来のシンチグラムでは、SLNの描出はされてもその解剖学的部位の把握は困難であった。
我々の研究では、SLNを示すSPECT(single photon emission computed tomography)と解剖学的情報を有するCT)(computed tomography)画像を3次元的に融合することで、術者は容易にSLNの詳細な位置を視覚的、直感的に把握可能となり、術前シミュレーションを可能とし、迅速かつ正確にSLNを生検することが可能となった。
