| Research Abstract |
1.性的に未熟な3週齢雌Lewisラットに50mg/kg N-methyl-N-nitrosourea(MNU)を単回腹腔内投与すると、投与9週後には効率的に乳管内過形成や乳管内癌を誘発する
2.MNU誘発ラット乳管内病変モデルにおいて、短期高用量エストロゲンの投与は、乳管過形成の発生には影響を及ぼさないが、乳管内癌の発生は有意に抑制された.
3.乳腺病変局所におけるG1期細胞周期関連因子であるcyclin D1の発現は有意に低下し、エストロゲンの投与はcyclin D1の発現を抑制することにより、乳管過形成から乳管内癌への進展を抑制している可能性が示唆された.
