Research Abstract

肺癌が存在する肺葉にインドシアニングリーン(ICG)を局注し、腫瘍からのリンパ節とリンパ流路を赤外観察カメラ(PDE)で蛍光観察した。リアルタイムにリンパ流路を同定することは出来なかったが、22例中17例(77.3%)にセンチネルリンパ節を確認することが出来た。センチネルリンパ節(腫瘍から一番最初に転移するリンパ節)に転移が無くて他部位のリンパ節に転移を認めたものが2例存在した。また摘出リンパ節を全て観察することで、各肺葉支配リンパ領域をある程度同定することが可能であった。
