Research Abstract |
(1)血清intercellular adhesion molecules (ICAM)-1, vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM)-1,高感度CRPはくも膜下出血患者で上昇し、症候性脳血管攣縮に相関する可能性がある。 (2)髄液アドレノメデュリンは脳血管攣縮期に脳灌流圧を改善させるために上昇すると考えられるが、逆に腎交感神経を抑制してNa利尿を促し、低Na血症と症候性脳血管攣縮をきたす可能性があると考えられた。
