Research Abstract

ゲノム全域での罹患同胞対連鎖解析法にて同定された脳動脈瘤遺伝子座14q22領域におけるserine protease inhibitor familyを中心に候補遺伝子10個に関して、SNPを利用した患者対照関連解析を施行した。その結果、6か所のSNPで有意差が認められた。これにより、候補遺伝子3個(CBG、KST、PCI)の脳動脈瘤感受性遺伝子の可能性を示すことができた。
