Outline of Final Research Achievements

腰部黄色靭帯組織をHE染色で観察したところ、靭帯の変性とともに血管の新生が確認された。靭帯の変性は、脊柱管面に近い部位ではそれ程強くない一方で、背側では強く、それらに伴って血管の新生状況にも差があることが明らかとなった。低酸素関連因子であるHIFやVEGFの発現は少数で確認できたが、現在のところ、靭帯の変性の程度とは相関関係を見出せておらず、今後の更なる検討が必要であると思われた。
