Research Abstract

平成19〜20年度の研究によって、我々は以下のような成果結果を得ることができた。
生理活性物質の超高分子ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)への導入
⇒UHMWPEに生理活性物質の導入を試みたが、エタノールによる膨潤、吸着による導入(接着)では導入することができなかった。そのため、実験を以下のように変更した。
実験計画変更後の方針
生理活性物質(bFGF)を天然高分子であるキトサンに導入する。キトサンは基本的に疎水性であることを利用し、疎水結合によりキトサン化合物とUHMWPEを反応させる。
