Research Abstract

Equivalent crossrelaxation rate(ECR)は腫瘍組織と周囲の組織(骨/脂肪/筋肉)とで有意に異なる値を示した。そのためEquivalent crossrelaxation rate imaging(ECRI)では従来のMRIと異なり明瞭なcontrastを得ることが可能となった。特に皮下や筋肉内への腫瘍性の浸潤の把握が容易となることが見いだされた。
ECRは同一腫瘍組織系でも異なる値を呈し、特にECR-19においては線維性腫瘍(DFSP/デスモイド)で有意に高い値を呈し、腫瘍特性を示す可能性が示唆された。
