Research Abstract

LNTはムチ型糖する酵素一つでる。
研ではGalnt3子損マス作解しLNT生的能らかにすると目的とし。
Galnt3損マスはリ血症者と似し表現型し野生型マスにして血清中リは濃でFFは減少してい。
らにGalnt3-/-マス大は野生型マス大にべて量共に海綿数が増しているとがか。
